New York native, fine artist, painter, photographer and interior designer, Marie Montera is a prolific, accomplished Hudson Valley artist.

Her Modern Impressionistic works depict the beauty and purity of nature, blending particles of color and texture with negative/positive form inviting the viewer into atmospheric spaces of color and wonder.

In her Art of the Sport series, the artist captures, the energy, movement and the thrill of the sport captivating the spectator’s attention at a glance.

Marie studied in New York City at Parsons School of Design earning a BFA Illustration, Certification in Textile Design, and an AAS Interior Design, at The New York School of Interior Design.
